Jennie will space for whatever your morning practice looks like; yoga asana, seated meditation, quiet reading, journaling, or even your favorite YouTube class with earbuds. While this is not a led class, she’ll have short sequence ‘cheat sheets’ for you to use if you like, and she’ll be more than happy to answer questions or otherwise assist your practice.
