No science degree required — just bring your mat and your willingness to explore.

Andrea will provide step-by-step instructions, live demonstrations, and plenty of encouragement to help you feel comfortable and confident—no experience required! This class is all about joyful movement, body positivity, and having fun while nurturing your overall wellness.
