Join us for a 5 PM Friday flow as we honor May Day & Beltane, the fiery and joyful midpoint between spring and summer—a time of renewal, energy, and growth.
We’ll begin with breathwork to ground and settle in, then ignite our inner fire with dynamic movement, building into a flowing, all-levels practice. The class will wind down with longer-held poses to restore and reset.

Learn the basics of hula hooping – yes, even if you haven't touched a hoop since grade school! – and discover the sassy, empowering moves of belly dance.
Think less "dance class" and more "joyful movement playground." We'll laugh, we'll learn, and we might even drop a hoop or two (it's all part of the fun!).
