This retreat is your chance to step away from the business of life and gently fill your cup before you pour from it.
I’ll be preparing and cooking —because cooking is one of my love languages. My hope is that you leave not only physically replenished, but also warmed by the nourishment of food, community, and connection.

Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative experience in our Monthly Sound Healing Circles led by Jessica. Allow yourself to soak in the stillness as the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you.
This is your time to rest, reset, and reconnect — no movement required, just bring yourself, an open heart, and dress comfortably. Let the vibrations support your body, mind, and energy as you unwind.

With over 25 years of experience, Lianne will guide you through simple Shiatsu (Japanese acupressure) techniques to release tight shoulders, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.
No experience needed—come solo or with a partner. Chairs and mats provided. Please wear loose, comfortable cotton clothing.

Yoga & Reiki
Unwind, reset, and deeply restore in this special 90-minute experience. Tiffany will guide you through gentle, supported Restorative Yoga postures to relax your body and calm your mind.
As you settle into stillness, Reiki Masters Maryann and Linda will provide hands-on and energetic Reiki healing to clear blockages and enhance your body's natural ability to heal. We’ll close with a soothing sound bath to help you melt even deeper into relaxation.
