Reset & Recharge Yoga Retreat

For years, I’ve felt the holidays approaching & the heaviness creeping in- lists get longer, the cookies aren’t going to bake themselves, & it’s easy to lose the joy in the planning.

 

Why not stoke our inner fire so we can enter the holidays nourished, grounded, and ready to truly enjoy our family & friends?

 

This retreat is your chance to step away from the business of life and gently fill your cup before you pour from it.

 

I’ll be preparing and cooking —because cooking is one of my love languages. My hope is that you leave not only physically replenished, but also warmed by the nourishment of food, community, and connection.

 

I look forward to welcoming you into this unique experience, and to sending you home feeling grounded, renewed, and ready to embrace the season with presence and joy.

NEW YEAR'S EVE YOGA

~Power & Pause

Step onto your mat with Julie to close out the year and welcome the new one with grace and strength. 

Power & Pause invites you to explore the balance between vinyasa and yin yoga — blending energized movement with intentional stillness to help you align body, breath, and mindset.

 This practice supports grounding, renewal, and clarity so you can step into the new year with a clear mind, an open heart, and a steady sense of purpose.

EXPAND into 2026

~New Years Day Yoga~

 

Join us on January 1st for a 75-minute all-levels practice to begin the new year together. We’ll move, breathe, and settle in — exploring pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses), and meditation in a way that is accessible for every body.

This practice is an invitation to arrive fully, as we become open to what the new year may bring. We’ll close with a deeply relaxing sound bowl healing bath to help you reset, restore, and step forward feeling grounded and clear.

WINTER REFLECTIONS

~A Creative Journaling Experience

Slow down, get curious, and let creativity flow. This gentle journaling experience invites you to notice the season around you and express what you observe through simple writing and optional sketching — no experience needed.

Come as you are, bring nothing but yourself, and explore an easy, grounding practice that can spark joy, presence, and a fresh start for the year.

RESTORATIVE YOGA & REIKI

~Elevate Your Intentions

This isn’t your typical art class — it’s a chance to slow down, tune in, and express yourself in a way that’s as unique as you are. In this guided, intuitive art workshop, you’ll explore what’s shifting, growing, and settling within you as we begin 2026. Aimee will lead you through gentle reflections, creative prompts, and painting cues to help you connect with your inner voice and express it on canvas — no experience needed, just a willingness to show up and let your creativity flow. All supplies are provided, so come as you are and enjoy an art experience that’s soulful, supportive, and unlike anything else.

RESTORATIVE YOGA & REIKI

~Nervous System Reset

 

Sink into the softness of restorative yoga with Tiffany, where your body is fully supported in gentle, nourishing poses. As you rest, Reiki Masters Linda and Maryann quietly share healing Reiki energy, offering subtle yet powerful support to calm the nervous system and restore balance.

All props are provided. Feel free to bring a favorite blanket or pillow to make yourself extra comfortable.

SOUND BATH

Sound Bath Training, January 24th at 1:30-7pm

 

Curious about sound healing? Join Haley for a 5.5 hour immersive training where you’ll explore the science and benefits of sound healing, work hands-on with crystal bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks & more, and learn how to create safe, energetically balanced sound baths for groups or individuals.

 

No experience needed—just curiosity.

This 90-minute class honors the Water element of winter—a season of rest, reflection, and replenishment. Like nature, we’re invited to slow down, conserve energy, and nourish our inner reserves in preparation for what’s next.

Join Ying-Ying for a deeply calming experience that allows you to listen inward, rest deeply, and receive the subtle, transformative gifts of winter for body, mind, and spirit.

SOUND HEALING CIRCLE

~Held in Sound

Sound healing works through specific frequencies (hertz) that support the nervous system, encourage deep relaxation, and help the body shift into a state where healing and restoration can occur. As the vibrations move through the body, tension melts, the mind quiets, and space opens for balance and clarity.

Dress comfortably and bring your favorite blanket or pillow from home to create a cozy nest to relax into the sound. Mats, blankets, and bolsters are also available—just come as you are and allow yourself to be held.
