For years, I’ve felt the holidays approaching & the heaviness creeping in- lists get longer, the cookies aren’t going to bake themselves, & it’s easy to lose the joy in the planning.
Why not stoke our inner fire so we can enter the holidays nourished, grounded, and ready to truly enjoy our family & friends?
This retreat is your chance to step away from the business of life and gently fill your cup before you pour from it.
I’ll be preparing and cooking —because cooking is one of my love languages. My hope is that you leave not only physically replenished, but also warmed by the nourishment of food, community, and connection.

SHIATSU Japanese Acupressure
Join Lianne to learn a simple, easy-to-follow Shiatsu sequence for the back, backs of the legs, and feet, all received fully clothed.
We’ll explore the Bladder meridian, which travels alongside the spine and is connected to the water element. When supported, it helps soothe and regulate the entire nervous system.
This practice is especially supportive for shoulder, back, and hip tension — easing stiffness and inviting deep release.
Come solo or bring a partner.

INTRO to Ashtanga
If you are looking for a challenging practice that balances ease and effort, that leaves you relaxed and with a clear mind, Ashtanga might be for you.
Ashtanga (aṣṭa - eight, aṅga - limb) Yoga is a practice focused on ujjāyī breath, bandhas, drishti, asana, and vinyasa (movement with breath). In this workshop we will explore these five elements paired with a half primary led sequence.
