Come and experience a fun shiatsu (Japanese acupressure) exchange with a partner, friend, or get paired up. Lianne, who has been a shiatsu practitioner and instructor for over 25 years, will guide you through a simple side lying treatment designed to open up neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs and feet. Shiatsu is enjoyed over the clothing on a mat. Wear loose comfortable clothing and clean socks. If you are curious about this practice, Lianne will gently guide you to give and receive this relaxing experience.
