RENEW
Restorative Yoga
Release tension, relax deeply, and renew your body and mind in this calming practice. Supported by props, each pose is held for 10 minutes or more to gently stretch, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and promote restful stillness. Perfect for better sleep, pain relief, and a sense of renewal.
20+20+20
Gentle and softening yoga
Explore the foundation of yoga with 20 minutes of movement, 20 minutes of meditation, and 20 minutes of breathwork. This class will expand your knowledge of the eight limbs of yoga by focusing on three methods of practice. In each class we’ll do 20 minutes of movement practice (asana), 20 minutes of breathing practice (pranayama) and 20 minutes of meditation (pratyhara/dharana). Suitable for beginners; no prior yoga experience is necessary
