"Ditch the resolutions.
To resolve means to find a solution to a problem.
You are not a problem.
The way you showed up for your life the past year was necessary for your growth.
Now is a time to reflect.
To learn.
To create an intention, a positive call to shift, a spark of
magic + manifestation rooted in self love & backed with action."

It's the time of year to flip the calendar to a brand new start and before we do, take a moment to create an intention for 2024. (Note that you can create one for the entire year and then a monthly one. Don't limit yourself!)
Ask yourself these question to begin the brainstorming and reminder to listen to your gut.
What do you want to do in the upcoming year?
What do you want more of in your life?
How do you want to feel?
Create some magic in yourself and simply for you by finding an intention filled with self love. Here are few ideas:
Nurture yourself and pay attention to what matters most in your life by slowing down.
Communicate with yourself in kind and positive ways, monitor your self-talk... become aware of how you feel about yourself.
Set boundaries by prioritizing your needs by practicing saying no.
Nurture friendships you have, good friends don’t come along every day.
Schedule movement. Walk, workout, yoga. Endorphins are the best medicine!
Find positive mantras that speak to you; make yourself proud, I accept myself in this moment, I will not let fear of failing hold me back from going after what I want.
Commit to getting better sleep. Good sleep does wonders for your overall health.
Add some greenery to your home or work space.
Rid yourself of toxic relationships.
Get involved in your community and give back.
Tune in and stay present in the moment.
If this feels too heavy or maybe isn't fitting... break it down another level to finding a word that serves as your intention.
